Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Massachusetts. The role is on a 30-bed telemetry unit with night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a 13-week duration, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg Tele experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Travel assignment with night shifts and 12-hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult medical patients on a telemetry unit.
• Maintain patient ratios around 1:5, up to 1:6 or 1:7.
• Float to similar units as needed.
• Work 12-hour night shifts.
• Every other weekend and alternating holidays.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• No on-call responsibilities.
