Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry assignment requiring 2+ years of telemetry and Cerner proficiency. The role is day shift with a 12.5-hour schedule and weekend requirements in a hospital setting.

Applicants must hold an active AR or Compact RN license, current BLS and ACLS, and must meet travel eligibility including distance from facility and no recent CHS staff placements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (AR or Compact) in hand.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience required.
• Cerner EMR experience required.
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
• Every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) required.
• Float to Med/Surg unit required.
• Cerner EMR used.
• Holiday RTO cannot be guaranteed.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered.
