Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg/Ortho unit in Colorado. Active CO or compact RN license and BLS are required. ACLS preferred. Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg acute care experience, no 90+ day gaps in work history, and US SSN/DOB are needed for consideration.

The assignment features a 13-week travel stint with day shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on a 26-bed unit, using Meditech EMR. Housing allowances and travel reimbursements are provided to qualified travelers.

Qualifications

Active CO or compact RN license required.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 1 year current Med/Surg acute care hospital experience required.
US SSN and DOB required for consideration.
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

Work on a 26-bed Ortho/Spine Medical Acute Care unit.
Patient ratio of 6:1.
Care for medical patients, including post-op radial cardiac cath and drip management such as heparin.
Uses Baxter IV pumps and SCD machines.
Charts using Meditech EMR.
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
13-week assignment.
