• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Document patient information and care outcomes accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians, PTs, and social workers on care plans.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during treatments.
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety.
• Facilitate discharge planning and transitions home.
