Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse for Nights in Lewiston, Maine. Assignment length is 12 weeks with weekly pay. Pay ranges from $56.00 to $64.00 per hour, gross, with an additional $3/hour differential.

Responsibilities include directing Med Surg staff, ensuring efficient patient care, and collaborating with physicians to achieve positive patient outcomes. Requirements: current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one year of charge nurse experience in Med

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license
BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintained
ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintained
PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintained
One year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required

Responsibilities

Assists the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
Supervises, directs, and evaluates team members.
Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards.
Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments.
Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment.
Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.
