Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 12-week assignment in Lewiston, Maine. Night shifts with pay up to $672–$768 gross per shift (approximately $56–$64 per hour) plus a $3/hour differential.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS on hire, and at least 1 year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg. Immediate opportunities with weekly pay and dedicated career support await.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• ACLS certification required on hire.
• Minimum 1 year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain efficient department operations and patient care standards.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient care plans and direct adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Support a safe, high-quality, patient-centered care environment.
• Oversee staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.
