Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Eureka, California. The Mammo Tech will operate mammography units, ensure image quality, and relay results to radiologists. Must have 1 year of experience, ARRT(M), BLS, and state licensure as required.

Weekly shifts are 8 hours, days, with a tax-free stipend and travel support. The role requires standing, walking, and mobility; knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Mamography experience.
• Comfort with standing for long periods.
• Ability to interpret doctors’ written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures.
• Perform mammography studies and adjust for optimum results.
• Develop and review mammograms and forward to radiologist.
