Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient setting. The role requires ARRT (Mammo) certification and a WA Rad Tech license where applicable, with a minimum of two years of experience in screening and diagnostic mammography.

Responsibilities include working in an outpatient mammography department with 1:1 patient ratios, using EPIC EMR, PACS, and GE Mammography System. Day shifts are 7:00–17:30; no weekends, on-call, or floating. COVID vaccine is required.

Qualifications

• ARRT Mammo certification is required.
• WA Rad Tech license required if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography.
• Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Bone densitometry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient mammography department.
• 1:1 patient ratio with 20-minute appointment slots.
• Uses EPIC EMR, Change Healthcare PACS (McKesson), and GE Mammography System.
• 10-hour day shifts from 0700-1730.
• No weekend rotation, on-call, or holiday coverage required.
• No floating required.
• Supported by a receptionist/registration specialist within the department.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
• Gray scrub color required.
• COVID vaccine required.
