Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate must hold ARRT M and ARRT R, BLS, and TMB certifications.

AHA certification is preferred; ARC certifications are not accepted; military equivalents are accepted. The role involves 5x8 hour days, on-site use of Hologic 3D mammography equipment, and performing various mammography procedures with strict radiation safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS, and TMB certifications required (license required if applicable).
• AHA certification preferred; ARC certifications not accepted; military-equivalent certifications accepted.
• Epic experience required for consideration.
• Proficiency in digital quality assurance procedures and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
• Uses Hologic 3D mammography equipment.
• Performs 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms.
• Performs digital quality assurance procedures and adheres to radiation safety protocols.
• Accepts local candidates within 90 miles at a lower bill rate.
• RTO limited to 5 non-consecutive days, with only one holiday RTO request approved during the Nov-Jan holiday season.
