Job summary

HealthCARE Express is hiring a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a float role serving Texarkana-area clinics. You will work across multiple locations, supporting providers and teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position offers 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), rotating Saturdays, and closed Sundays, with a pay rate of $26/hour. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN license in Texas.
• Ability to provide compassionate, efficient patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Willingness to travel between Texarkana-area clinics.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document patient vital signs and clinical data.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Perform EKGs and support cardiac life-saving activities.
• Administer medications by various routes.
• Provide wound care and perform dressing changes.
• Initiate IVs and saline locks as needed.
• Draw blood and collect lab samples.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support clinic operations and travel between clinics.
