Job summary

HealthCARE Express in Texarkana, AR is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). The role includes traveling between Texarkana-area clinics, providing efficient, patient-centered care and supporting a fast-paced urgent care environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an Arkansas LPN license, demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, and be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Current Arkansas LPN license or valid multistate license for Arkansas.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic and travel between Texarkana-area clinics.

Responsibilities

Collect and document vital signs.
Assist providers during exams and procedures, perform EKGs, support life-safety activities.
Administer medications per protocols.
Provide wound care and dressing changes.
Start IVs, venipuncture, and collect specimens as allowed.
Prepare lab samples and maintain EMR documentation.
Support clinic operations and travel between clinics as needed.
