Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Grand Rapids, MI to deliver high-quality care in Long Term Care or Assisted Living facilities. This full-time, 40-hour week role offers weekly pay and competitive benefits. You will assess patients, coordinate care, and comply with nursing standards under supervision.

Requires an active RN license in the state, LTC experience preferred, and current CPR. TB/PPD screening and health certificate may be required by contract or state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state of practice.
• LTC experience preferred.
• LTC or Assisted Living certification preferred.
• Meets all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for delivery of care in Long Term Care or Assisted Living facilities.
• Demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments effectively with supervision.
• Coordinates patient care with critical thinking and performance abilities.
• Follows nursing standards and manages patient care under supervision.
