Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) LPN for a travel assignment in Hart, MI. You will support the care team in delivering high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living setting while exercising clinical judgment and coordinating patient care under supervision.

The role requires an active LPN license in the practicing state, a current BLS card, and compliance with Amergis background screening. Competitive weekly pay accompanies benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse license for the practicing state.
Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS card.
Successful completion of clinical screening tests with 80%+ in the specialty area.

Responsibilities

Assist the care team in delivering care for patients in LTC/Assisted Living.
Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and coordination of patient care under supervision.
Adhere to nursing standards and manage patient care while assisting others.
