Job summary
AvaMed Workforce is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week day-shift assignment at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab in Bloomfield, NM. This travel contract covers 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts (12 hours) with a 30-minute meal break, starting 11/03/2026 and ending 12/29/2026.
Requirements include an active NM or multistate LPN license, BLS, and the ability to meet facility health requirements.
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico or multistate (NLC) LPN license.
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred.
- Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements.
