Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a night-shift LPN for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Missouri. The role requires 2+ years of LPN experience and a Missouri LPN license where applicable, plus AHA certifications.

The position is a 13-week night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every other weekend coverage. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and weekly payroll deposits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• AHA certifications required.
• Active, unencumbered license verifiable through Nursys at time of consideration.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption with facility-specific documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
• Care for patients recovering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, and complex orthopedic conditions.
• Facility includes a secured brain injury unit and therapy spaces.
• 13-week night shift assignment, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Every other weekend coverage required.
• Support neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation rehabilitation programs.

• 13-week night shift assignment, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Specialty programs include neuro, stroke, brain injury, and amputation rehabilitation
• Facility amenities include all private rooms, a transitional living apartment, therapeutic courtyard, and therapy kitchen/laundry simulation space
• Mercy facility cover sheet required for consideration
• Candidates must not reside within 60 miles of the facility
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time during the assignment
