Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care facility in Dubuque, IA. You’ll deliver person-centered care, monitor residents, and support families, with a consistent Day Shift on a travel contract and weekly pay of $1,378.

You must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program, hold a current Iowa LPN license (or active compact/NLC state license), BLS/CPR, and have 1+ year of SNF/LTC experience; strong communication and EHR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Iowa or active Compact license.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• 1+ year of long-term care or SNF experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with healthcare teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, wound care per care plans.
• Assess changes in resident health and report to RNs/physicians/families.
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for ADLs.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation per standards.
