Healthforce is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Bennington, VT. The role delivers person-centered care, routine assessments, and direct nursing support in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

The RN team relies on your expertise for medication administration, charting in the EHR, and effective communication with families, with evening and/or overnight shifts available and weekly pay of $2,166.40.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Vermont LPN license or valid multistate license eligible for VT.
• Minimum 1+ year of nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts, including weekends.

Mansioni

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatments.
• Assess residents, document vitals and changes, and report to RNs/physicians.
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and social services to support care plans.
• Maintain accurate, real-time EHR documentation and comply with regulations.
• Oversee floor flow and handover/reporting during evening/overnight shifts.
