Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to provide support when travel plans encounter issues. You will manage hotel, air, and ground transportation for Epic’s staff and assist with some reception duties for customers.

The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and offers relocation assistance, a vibrant campus environment, and opportunities to work across a large travel program.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift availability (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve.
• Have a customer-service mindset.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
