Epic Systems Corporation seeks a Travel Counselor based near Madison, WI, with relocation support. You will coordinate travel for employees visiting customers, and manage hotel, air, and ground transportation bookings for a 14,000+ staff, plus provide light reception duties.

Qualifications

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers (≤140 chars).
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
• Proactive problem solving in travel itineraries and changes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to relocate to Madison, WI area and comply with relocation policies.
• COVID-19 vaccination as per policy.
