Epic Systems Corporation on the Madison, Wisconsin campus is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when plans go off track. You will manage hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for our staff of over 14,000.

This role requires relocation to the area; relocation assistance is provided. The team supports customers and performs some reception duties.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate travel logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and support a 24/7 travel team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers, including hotel, air, and ground transportation.
• Provide support when travel plans don’t go as expected and assist with reception duties as needed.
• Support our 24/7 travel department and help ensure smooth travel for Epic’s staff of 14,000+.
