• Must read/write/speak fluent English

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated nursing experience: two years as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting; home health or hospice experience preferred.

• Ability to use electronic medical charting and time-keeping software (Homecare Homebase).
• Valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance; reliable transportation.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English; good attendance required.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Ability to work in a home health/hospice-adjacent hospital setting and follow safety protocols.
