Healthforce is seeking an LPN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lakota, ND, starting 11/02/2026. The role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility providing post-acute/long-term care with 12-hour night shifts and weekend/holiday coverage.

Weekly pay ranges from $975 to $1,029, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Healthforce Healthcare LLC will coordinate licensure submission and support throughout the assignment.

Formación

• Current LPN license in North Dakota or eligibility to submit licensure.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor resident responses and adjust care as needed.
• Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including ADLs, hygiene, mobility support, and safety monitoring.
• Monitor residents with dementia, Parkinson's disease, and mood disorders; implement care plans accordingly.
• Document in the electronic medical record (PCC) and ensure accurate charting.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care in Lakota, North Dakota, United States.
