Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports community's marketing plan.
• Assists applicants in completing rental applications and collects security deposits.
• Maintains model apartments and target apartments, ensuring curb appeal and tidy work areas.
• Knowledge of lease terms, policies, and Fair Housing standards; applies sales techniques.
• Maintains relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Keeps up-to-date on rental rates, sizes, locations, and amenities; conducts market surveys monthly.
