Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a registered nurse for their OB/GYN unit in Elko, Nevada. The RN will participate in labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care, catered to both adults and newborns. An associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing and relevant certifications are required, along with at least two years of experience in the specialty.

The position offers 36 guaranteed hours weekly with variable shifts. The RN will utilize specialized equipment and may float to different departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• 2+ years experience in OB/GYN specialty necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform care in Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Triage, Postpartum and Nursery.
• Manage hemorrhage and perform fetal monitoring.
• Provide postpartum couplet care.
