Job summary

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a Charlotte, North Carolina assignment. The unit is high‑volume and fast paced, with typical patient loads of 400–600 births per month and a 2:1 patient ratio.

The shift is 12 hours, nights (18:45–07:15), 36 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 for 20 weeks. Requirements include BLS, NRP, AWHONN certifications, EPIC charting, and NC or Compact licensure. Local candidates may be considered; travel pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably 3 years for this challenging unit.
• Experience with over 300 births per month is mandatory.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate; C-EFM accepted in lieu of AWHONN.

Responsibilities

• Float within women's unit (SMC-High risk OB) as needed.
• Provide high-acuity obstetric care in a fast-paced environment.
