Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse for an assignment in Litchfield, MN. The nurse will provide care for women before, during, and after delivery, with 12-hour rotating shifts and a 36-hour work week.

This travel role requires ACLS/BLS, and specialty certifications, with at least 3 years of acute care experience. The position offers a 12-week assignment with a tax-free stipend and weekly pay through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, AWHONN, PALS, STABLE certifications are required or preferred.
• Travel assignment; 12 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support labor progress and fetal status.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, cesarean preparation, and delivery procedures.
• Provide immediate newborn care and post-delivery monitoring.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and documentation during labor and delivery.
