Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Technician to support a client in Edwards, CO with imaging, configuration, and deployment of end-user hardware across the area. Travel between Edwards locations is required for deployments in medical facility settings.

The role is a 6-month contract with potential for hire, offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and compliance with vaccination and background requirements are necessary for

Qualifications

• Configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices per IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures.
• Experience with IT support preferred.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments, assisting users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity while escalating issues as needed.
• Must be comfortable working in a medical facility.
• Must satisfy client requirements including vaccinations, drug screening and HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Candidate must have a car and be willing to travel between Edwards locations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist our client in Edwards, CO with imaging, configuration, preparation, and deployment of end-user hardware.
• Travel between two locations within Edwards, CO to support deployments.
• Support will involve hospital/medical facility environments and adherence to HIPAA policies.
