Job description

• Assist the client with IT field technician work throughout the surrounding area

• Assist users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity

Requirements

• Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures
• Experience with IT support preferred
• Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments
• Comfortable working in a medical facility
• Must satisfy client requirements, including proof of required vaccinations and drug screening
• Adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations
• Must have a car for travel between two locations within Edwards, Colorado
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
