Formación

• 3+ years field dispatch repair experience including printers, PCs, and POS.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Electro-mechanical and printer hardware support experience are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general IT support at client locations.
• Run break-fix and IMAC calls for various technology devices.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
• Train employees and maintain service level agreements.
