American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Interventional Radiology role requiring 2+ years of clinical interventional imaging experience and ARRT (R) certification. You will work a day schedule in a Magnet-designated academic hospital, performing a wide range of IR procedures with fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, and advanced systems.

Requirements include WI radiographer license, BLS, and trauma Level II experience.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of clinical interventional imaging experience required.
Graduate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
State of Wisconsin Radiographer License required.
ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (VI) preferred.
BLS certification (AHA) required.
License required if applicable.
Trauma Level II experience required; Level I preferred.
Pass/fail telemetry exam with strict criteria prior to start.

Mansioni

Interventional Radiology unit within a Trauma Level II facility.
Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule, Monday through Friday, start between 7:30–8:30.
10-hour shifts during holiday weeks to maintain 40 hours per week.
No weekends or call required.
Epic charting system preferred.
Floating required as needed.
Perform a wide range of IR procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placements, biopsies, drainage and vascular access management.
Utilize fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, GE Innova IGS, and Siemens systems.
Maintain sterile technique and infection control.
Monitor patients, set up equipment, place EKG leads, and prep sites.
Stock supplies and maintain PACS operation.
Work within a Magnet-designated, nationally ranked academic teaching hospital.
Parking permit required for onsite parking; alternatives available.
Local candidates not accepted; must reside at least 50 miles away.
