Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, KY. Start date is 11/09/2026 with 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel employment status. You’ll support physicians with imaging, patient care, and safety in a fast-paced IR lab.

Qualifications include 1 year IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and BLS. Preferred ACLS/PALS and licensure per state regulations may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Active ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ACLS / PALS or ENPC certifications; licensure as Radiologic Technologist may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures with attention to safety.
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to guide procedures.
• Scrub in for sterile procedures, pass instruments, maintain sterile field.
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.
