Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring at least 1 year in IR.

Responsibilities include working in an IR unit, Friday–Sunday 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shifts, and EPIC EMR utilization. Neuro IR experience is highly preferred, with licensing and verification required within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required.
• Neuro IR experience highly preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required.
• ARRT certification required.
• WI Radiographer License required if applicable.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting.
• Shift schedule is Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Call assignments based on department needs.
• Coverage of 2 holidays per contract with call as needed. May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
• Perform interventional radiology procedures with a focus on neuro IR cases.
• Facility follows a radius rule that allows local candidates at a reduced rate.
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position.
• COVID vaccination is not required.
