Responsibilities

Day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
On-call rotation of 7 days on/7 days off, covering weeknights 7 PM-7 AM and 24-hour weekend shifts.
13-week assignment.
No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
RTO requests must be less than 1 week.
Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years.
