Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a long-term assignment in a Cardiac Interventional Radiology/CVOR setting requiring strong endovascular experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• IR/CVOR setting treating AAA, ischemic limb, aneurysms, and other vascular conditions
• Procedures include EVAR, TVAR, angiograms, and arteriograms
• Equipment used includes IVUS, Philips, Siemens, Medrad, and Sonosite systems
• 4x10 hour AM shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• May float to radiology IR as needed

Requirements

• ARRT (R) or ARRT (IR) certification required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience within a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
• Must rate all 3's and 4's for cardiac and vascular procedures
• Strong endovascular experience required
• Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history

Additional Information

• Blue scrubs required as dress code
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Strict RTO policy in place, with reduced allowances around holidays
