Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered

• All requested time off must be submitted with the initial application, as later requests will not be considered
• Attendance policy in effect; missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
• Candidates must report to the lab within 24 hours of signing
• Does not accept local candidates within 75 miles of the facility
• Former permanent staff of this health system are not eligible to return as travelers
