Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, New Jersey. The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least one year in Cardiac Cath Lab settings. You will assist in catheterizations, monitor patients, and document outcomes in EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Facilities offer stress on high-tech cardiovascular care; travel stipend options, housing assistance, and full credentialing support. 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Experience with EPIC or other major EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures (angioplasty, stent placements, etc.).
• Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol.
• Maintain sterile techniques and operate Cath Lab equipment.
• Accurately document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care.
