Qualifications

• Claims adjudication experience required.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with time-management skills.
• Ability to make decisions using certificate of insurance and adjudication procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and service claims in accordance with plan provisions.
• Examine claim submissions and documentation to confirm coverage.
• Review medical records and related documents to make determinations.
• Proactively resolve claims within established standards.
