Job summary

NuCO2, the leading national supplier of beverage-grade liquid CO2, seeks a Flex Installation Technician to travel to service locations for on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of CO2 hi-pressure cylinders and related products.

The role requires CDL Class B, HAZMAT and tanker endorsements, and willingness to travel up to 50% or more with overnight stays; strong mechanical skills and prior supervisory experience preferred; competitive benefits and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience in past 2 years.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of building/construction processes.
• Experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to travel regionally or nationally with overnight stays up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally or nationally with overnight stays; 50%+ time.
• Fill in as Delivery Driver, Installer/Technician, or Depot Supervisor as needed.
• Address and report depot compliance issues to District Manager or Safety Manager.
• Review service and installation activities per SOPs.

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for a Flex Installation Technician who is responsible forfortraveling to various service locations tomanageon-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products.

Flex Installation Technician Responsibilitiesbut not limited to:

• Travel in region or nationally, including multiple overnight stays, depending onbusiness needsfor a minimum of 50% or more of the time.
• Fill in as a Delivery Driver, Installer / Technician, and/or Depot Supervisormeet business needswithin the specified Districts or other Districts, as needed.
• AFlex Installation Technicianwill be required to address and or report any depot compliance issues to their District Manager and/or District Safety Manager.
• Review completed service and installation activities while using company approved Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).

Flex Installation TechnicianQualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of two years’ experience as a supervisor is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year commercial driving experiencein the past2years.
• Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required.
• Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction experience preferred.
• CDL – Minimum Class B
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Medical Card required
• Travel in region or nationally, including multiple overnight stays, depending on the need of the company for a minimum of 50% or more of the time.
• Need to be flexible enough to travel with minimal notice.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Experience with Hazardous Material and pressurized gas systems preferred.
