Job summary

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry. NuCO2 seeks an Installation Technician to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing for CO2 systems on established customer routes.

Role involves vehicle upkeep, inventory, and using handheld routing tools; requires physical ability to lift/heavy loads, English fluency, and a valid US driver’s license. CDL preferred and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• CDL preferred and a valid US Driver’s license for at least 24 months; tanker with hazmat endorsement is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds.
• Will pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and test CO2 hi-pressure cylinder systems for customers.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, and parts inventory.
• Use handheld device for routing information and communication with depot location.
• Load, transport, and unload equipment safely and accurately.

*The schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.*

We have an immediate need for an Installation Technician who is responsible for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role
• CDL preferred, minimum valid US Driver’s license for at least 24 months, tanker with hazmat endorsement
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months)
