BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated home infusion nurse who will provide specialty care to patients in their homes, specifically in the Rockwall/Rowlett area. This role requires assessing patients, managing infusion therapy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid nursing license, have at least one year of nursing experience, and preferably possess experience in home health care. The position offers competitive hourly pay between $45.00 and $55.00.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and implement the Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers.
• Complete patient care documentation in home or AIS.
