Job summary

BrightStar Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring an Infusion Nurse (RN) to administer infusion therapy and provide skilled nursing in patients’ homes. You will coordinate care with families and the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires a Texas RN license, wound care experience, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or home health settings. Weekly pay and mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Wound care experience required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or a clinical setting.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy and skilled nursing services in patients' homes.
• Implement individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Document patient care using electronic health records.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments.
