LUX Infusion is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Infusion to insert, monitor, and remove IV therapies in patients' homes. You will document care, monitor for adverse reactions, and coordinate with the Nursing Director and team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state)
• IV certification & experience in central line care
• Experience in home care, critical care, emergency nursing, or hospital discharge planning
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with teams
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

• Schedule nursing visits and coordinate SOC and ongoing visits
• Ensure accurate nursing notes, drug administration times, and dosing information
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and staff about patient needs
• Coordinate staffing and ensure confidentiality and ethics per compliance program
• Perform IV insertions, administer IV therapy, and monitor infusion sites
• Prepare patient care plans and progress notes
