Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide specialized pharmaceutical care in patients' homes in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities include assessing patients, customizing care plans, and managing IV therapy.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid nursing license, excellent communication skills, and have experience in home health care, preferably with infusion therapy. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $43.00 to $47.00 and involves regular travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assesses all patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to policies and procedures regarding the scope of services.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff and the patient to develop therapy goals.
