Job summary

Amerita provides 1:1 infusion nursing in patients’ homes in the Rockwall/Rowlett area, delivering IV therapies with clinical support from a dedicated pharmacy team.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the Plan of Care, documenting care, and educating patients and caregivers. You will follow INS/IgNS standards, state regulations, and participate in on‑call rotations with a flexible per diem schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assesses all patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to policies addressing infusion nursing, pharmacy services and state laws.
• Complies with INS and IgNS standards, CDC guidelines and ANA ethics.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, sales partners, ordering provider and patient.
• Completes patient care documentation in the patient home or AIS.
