Palomacares is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse to travel to patients' homes in the Laredo, Texas area, delivering safe infusion care per physician orders and protocols.

The RN will perform infusion therapy, assess patients, manage IV access, educate patients and caregivers, and document visits in the electronic medical record. Local travel required with flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted Texas RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Competency in peripheral IV insertion and central-line care.
• Strong patient assessment, documentation, and education skills.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes and work independently.

Mansioni

• Provide home infusion therapy including IV medications and other prescribed therapies.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after each infusion.
• Initiate and manage peripheral IV access and care for vascular devices.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Document visits accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Travel locally throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth service area for scheduled visits.
