Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced ICU Travel Nurse for assignments in New Mexico, including Las Cruces. This role centers on high-acuity patient care in a fast paced ICU, requiring confidence, clinical skill, and flexibility to work night shifts and float between units.

Manage ventilators, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP, and vasoactive drips; interpret complex rhythms; apply ABCDEF bundles, and document thoroughly in MedHost EMR. ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with high-acuity ICU patients and ventilator management.
• Ability to float between units and cover night shifts.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Manage ventilators, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP systems
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms
• Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to IMC as needed
• Document using the MedHost EMR system

What You Need:

• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Strong skills in rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, and critical thinking
• Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes
• Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Cardiac background, especially with IABP and Impella
• CRRT competency
• TNCC certification
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR
