Travel ICU RN

Start: ASAP   Duration: 13 weeks   Shift: Nights, 6:30pm-6:30am (floating required)

Location

In-Office | Carlsbad, NM, United States

Scope of Role

• ICU patient total care (ventilators, titratable drips, hygiene care)
• No call required
• 48GHs not approved
• Blocked scheduling may be accommodated; must be included in body of submittal
• Holidays required
• EMR: MedHost

Float Requirements

• Floating to ER & Medical/Surgical departments required
• ER float: assist with call lights, pass meds, transport patients, start IVs, blood draws, etc.
• Med Surg float: support up to 12 patients (full assignment) or act as aide with up to 6 patients

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• ER & Med Surg experience required
• TNCC preferred
• Experience with ventilation, titratable drips, mixing medications, patient hygiene preferred
• Fingerprinting required for all NM travelers
• Scrub color: Any
