Qualifications

• Experience with high-acuity ICU patients and ventilator management.
• Ability to float between units and cover night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to critically ill ICU patients.
• Manage ventilators, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP systems.
• Administer vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms.
• Apply ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to IMC as needed and document using MedHost EMR.
