Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for an ICU travel assignment in Clearlake, California. The RN will deliver ICU-level care to adult and geriatric patients, exercise clinical judgment, administer therapies, and collaborate with the ICU team to ensure patient safety.

Position is 13 weeks, 36 guaranteed hours per week, working 3x12-hour day shifts. Start date 10/26/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,044 to $2,074, with comprehensive recruiter and assignment support.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of California.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS within six months of hire.
• At least two years ICU experience or completion of approved ICU training.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Vaccination policy compliance may be required; E-Verify participation may be required.
• Ability to work in ICU setting and collaborate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement patient care for ICU populations.
• Monitor critical status, administer therapies, respond to changes in condition.
• Document care in EPIC and communicate findings to physicians and teams.
• Collaborate with ICU team to develop and adjust care plans and ensure safety.
• Perform procedures and participate in ventilator/hemodynamic monitoring; maintain infection control.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional behavior.
