Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, CA. This role features 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and an opportunity to impact critically ill patients with a dedicated clinical team.

The ICU RN will assess and monitor patients, administer advanced therapies, operate life-support equipment, document care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Requires ICU experience, CA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in California.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Administer complex medications and treatments.
• Operate advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
